We keep this short because we don't think you should need a lawyer to understand what you're agreeing to. Use the platform in good faith, treat people decently, and don't break things intentionally. That covers 99% of it.

01 Who Can Use This

You need to be 13 or older to use Casual Heroes. If you're under 13, you need verifiable parental consent. By using the platform you're confirming that's you. If you are found to be under 13 without consent, your account will be removed immediately and all your data deleted.

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share credentials, and let us know immediately if something looks off.

02 Be a Decent Person

This is a community for gamers, creators, and developers of all backgrounds. The bar for acceptable behavior isn't high, just be someone people don't mind being around.

No harassment, hate speech, targeted abuse, or discrimination of any kind.

No politics, religion, or ideological debates. We're here to game, not argue.

No blatant negativity, repeated toxicity, or going out of your way to ruin someone's experience.

No spam, unsolicited promotion, or flooding channels.

Constructive criticism is always welcome. "Here's what I'd do differently and why" is great. Just being unpleasant for the sake of it isn't. There's a clear difference.

Admins and moderators have the final say. Their decisions are not up for public debate. If you feel a decision was wrong, reach out privately via email or Fluxer - that's always the right channel.

03 Your Content

What you create is yours. Posts, builds, server configs, community pages - you own them. We don't claim rights to your content.

By posting publicly on the platform you're giving us permission to display it here. That's it. We may feature community content (server listings, creator profiles) in promotional material, but only with clear credit. We'll ask first for anything beyond standard platform display.

04 Hosting Services

When you use our game server hosting, you agree to:

Not host illegal content, pirated games, or malware.

Not use servers for crypto-mining, DDoS attacks, or mass automated abuse.

Not deliberately consume excessive resources to harm other users' performance.

Modding, scripting, and development are fully supported, we love that stuff. Just make sure you own or have rights to whatever you're running, and don't break things for others intentionally.

05 Uptime & Reliability

We target 99.5% uptime and we'll give you 24–48 hours notice for planned maintenance whenever possible.

We're not liable for downtime caused by things outside our control: power outages, ISP failures, Steam or Discord being down, or game developer issues. We'll always be transparent about what happened and why.

06 Refunds

All sales are final as a general rule. We'll make exceptions for:

Deployment failures we can't fix within 48 hours.

First-time users who cancel within 72 hours of purchase.

Confirmed bugs on our end that prevent you from using the service at all.

07 Termination

We can suspend or remove accounts for ToS violations, illegal activity, repeated harassment, or payment abuse (chargebacks). If you're removed, it's about behavior, not personal. Come back a better version of yourself and we'll likely welcome you back.

08 Privacy

Your data is yours. We don't sell it, we don't use it to advertise, and we don't want it beyond what's needed to run this place. The full breakdown is in our Privacy Policy.

09 Changes to These Terms

If we make significant changes, we'll give you notice, via email or a banner on the site, at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means you're good with the update.
