FAQ

Is this pay to win?
No. Champion gives you queue priority and community perks - nothing more. Zone access, better loot, quests, events, named boss encounters, and class artifacts are all gated behind Legacy Marks, which are earned by playing. You can't buy Legacy. A Champion who just subscribed has zero Legacy content unlocked - the same as any new free player. You will never buy a gameplay advantage on Casual Heroes. Ever.
Can I access all server regions without paying?
Yes. All server regions in Project SYNAPSE unlock via Legacy Marks earned through playing. Zone gates check your Legacy tier - no payment path bypasses them. Champion only skips the queue when the server is full. The grind path exists for everyone and leads to the same places.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the Stripe customer portal anytime. Your perks stay active until the end of your billing period.
Will the price ever go up?
No. $6.99/month is the price, period. If you're already subscribed when you read this, that's your rate forever.
What happens to my Champion flairs if I cancel?
You keep any flairs you purchased - they're yours. You lose the second flair slot and the ability to buy new Champion-exclusive flairs going forward.
Do you store my card details?
No. All payment processing is handled by Stripe. QuestLog never sees or stores your card number.
What's Ko-fi for vs this?
Ko-fi is for one-time tips if you want to show support without a recurring sub. Champion perks are only via the Stripe subscription above.
